I have strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills, and a flexible personal work style that encourages collaboration and incorporates feedback accordingly. I prefer to work within Agile or Lean UX teams.

In terms of UX community leadership, I own The Los Angeles User Experience Meetup group which has over 2,700 members and is the largest User Experience Meetup group in the United States. I also run the UX Breakfast Club which meets monthly on an emerging topic that impacts UX.

In addition, I’m on the Board of Advisors for California State Fullerton Extended Education’s User Experience and Customer-Centered Design Certificate Program.
